Wayfact

Terms of Use

Effective September 30, 2026 · Wayfact is operated by Utah Elite Clean LLC, a Utah limited liability company, 6727 South 100 East, Midvale, Utah 84047, USA (“we”, “us”). Contact: shane@utah-elite-cleaning.com

By using the Wayfact app or website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Wayfact.

1. Using Wayfact

Wayfact helps you plan trips and keep trip memories and papers together. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires). You can use it without an account; you need a free account to share or join trips. Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the trips, text, photos, videos and documents you add (“Your Content”). When you add Your Content to a shared trip, you give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, resize and display it to the people on that trip, and to create recap videos you ask for, solely to run the service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account (subject to short backup periods described in the Privacy Policy). Only upload content you have the right to share. Trip members may keep copies they have already saved or downloaded.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Wayfact to: break the law; upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or that infringes someone’s rights; upload malware; share other people’s private information without permission; try to access other users’ trips or our systems without authorization; overload or scrape the service; or send spam through invites. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. To report content, open it in the app and tap Report, or email shane@utah-elite-cleaning.com.

4. Facts, pictures and third-party content

Facts and pictures come from Wikipedia, Wikivoyage and Wikimedia Commons and are provided under their open licenses (for example CC BY-SA 4.0), with credit shown in the app. They can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Wayfact is not a navigation, safety, medical, legal or booking service. Always confirm times, prices, opening hours, entry rules and travel advisories with the airline, hotel, venue or official source. Wayfact does not make or sell bookings.

5. Service availability

We work to keep Wayfact available but it is provided for free and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Shared trips can be used offline, and changes sync when you reconnect. Keep your own copies of anything important, such as tickets and confirmations.

6. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Your account → Delete my account) or by email; see Support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm others.

7. Our rights

The Wayfact name, logo, app and website (excluding Your Content and third-party content) belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your devices. Don’t copy, reverse engineer or resell it, except as the law allows.

8. Disclaimers

Wayfact is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law permits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, missed trips, missed bookings or lost profits, arising from your use of Wayfact. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you fully.

10. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Wayfact, and aren’t responsible for claims about it. If you downloaded Wayfact from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you aren’t in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and aren’t on a U.S. government prohibited-party list. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Salt Lake County, Utah have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Wayfact means you accept the update. Questions: shane@utah-elite-cleaning.com, or Utah Elite Clean LLC, 6727 South 100 East, Midvale, Utah 84047, USA.
