Who books a realtor move-in clean?

Agents book for their buyers, and buyers can book directly. We can invoice the agent or the buyer.

What is the difference between Move-In Ready and Elite Move-In?

Move-In Ready is a full top-to-bottom clean of an empty home. Elite Move-In adds inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows and blinds wiped.

Can you clean before the buyer's walk-through or after closing?

We can schedule around your closing timeline. Share the dates in your bid request and we will confirm what works.

How do you get into the home?

Tell us how access works (lockbox, key hand-off or agent on site) when you request your bid. We confirm access details before the clean.

What affects the price?

Home size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition and how long the home has been vacant. Larger or heavily soiled homes are quoted after a quick review.

Can I pay a deposit to reserve a date?

Online deposits are being set up. Until the payment link is live, send a bid request and we will reserve your date directly.
