A full clean of the rental between guests: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors, plus a linen change, a check of consumable supplies and photos of the finished unit. We confirm the exact scope for your property in your bid.
Who supplies linens and consumables?
We can work with whichever setup you use. Tell us in your bid request whether linens are on-site, laundered off-site or supplied by you. Restocking supplies is passed through at cost plus a small handling fee.
Can you handle same-day turnovers?
Yes, we plan around your check-out and check-in times. Same-day or short-notice requests may include a rush fee, which is shown in the estimate tool.
Do you offer recurring schedules or volume pricing?
We can set up recurring turnovers for hosts and property managers. Tell us how many stays you expect per month and we will quote a schedule and any volume pricing.
What if something is damaged or missing?
